GetHuman-243981: Got locked out of GMAC online payment website and have called * times and still waiting for someone to call me back and unlock my acct to make a payment online. Can not understand OVERSEAS customer rep. This is one of the most frustrating experiences ever of trying to make a payment online. Horrofic lack of customer service. Can not find anyone that can correct or assist in correcting this problem and no other contact numbers other than overseas Customer service dept. GMAC should be ashamed and embrassed by this so called Customer Service Dept they have outsourced out of this country!!!!!!!!
