GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's GameStop customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~dogface81: I have been a customer of Gamestop stores for many years throughout many different locations across the US. On July **th ****, I purchased a used game called "Metal Gear Solid, Legacy Collection" ($**.**) which advertises ** different versions of the game, new and old. A week or so later I found the time to play the game and quickly discovered that there are only * games on the * disc set and the remaining * games must be downloaded via the playstation network with an activation code. The code of course did not work because it had already been registered under another user's account. On July **rd **** I went back to the Gamestop Store located in Fort Leonard Wood Missouri (original store that I made the purchase from) in order to return the game. After explaining my problem to the employee behind the desk, she stated that there was nothing she could do because i did not have the original receipt. I did however have the credit card and ID that the game was purchased with and the game ca
