GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/04/17?
GetHuman-drilling: I have several docs on Google docs. Since two days ago when I go to access any of the documents on my Mac Computer I get an error message that says "unable to load file". This error message comes up no matter which document I click on. If I go into my gmail account on my Windows computer - I have no problem. Also other s who are endeavoring to access a document that I have shared with them - they do not have this problem. The person who has the problem is me.

GetHuman-drilling: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-drilling: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-drilling: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
GetHuman-drilling: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
