~Greyhound is awful: DO NOT USE GREYHOUND BUS COMPANY! They do not are at all about the customers and every time we have tried to use this company the bus has been late. The number given here is a call center located in Columbia, South America. They did nothing to help with a current problem and offered me a phone number in Pittsburgh, PA that was not in service.
