GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Groupon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-341941: Product was supposed to be shipped within ** days of order being placed. It has been ** days and I can't even get anyone to tell me if the product exists. One person told me it shipped on Sept *, then I received an email later that said they are having problems with this product, but no explanation. I can't believe that in this day of technology that nobody knows anything, or what carrier shipped it. Unbelievable stupidity.

GetHuman-341941: For that I would say three out of five.
