GetHuman-joshtenn: I was very displeased with both my visit to my local h&r block location and my call with customer support
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-joshtenn: Your tax "professional" and your software attempted to STEAL nearly $*,*** from my taxes and my call to customer service was answered with "what do you want me to do" I would like to speak to someone important in the coorperate office ....I am currently blasting your company on social media sites so a quick response would be ideal for your company
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting H&R Block. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a H&R Block problem?
GetHuman-joshtenn: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-joshtenn: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-joshtenn: For that I would say four out of five.
