~Lawrence: Their GAURANTEE is WORTHLESS! They reviewed my return, but six mos. later I had to pay the state back $*,*** IMMEDIATELY , PLUS $*** penalty fee, and $** interest charge. I have had to FAX my information to them * TIMES and they keep telling me they have another ** weeks to respond.

~Lawrence: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Lawrence: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Lawrence: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other H&R Block customers?
~Lawrence: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H&R Block to know who you are.
