~frank nave: Sounds crazy that I had to return a bad car and still give *stars. Well thanx to Jared Pierce at Fort Myers RSW Hertz location it was easy. Whoever hired this young man should be proud. Jared is what you expect in a customer service representative. I will use Hertz again because of Jared and no I am not related just pleased*Thx Jared *Frank Nave
