~white rascal: ********************The frustrating part is going through the menu over and over, thats what I did on my first call. On my second call I decided to rapidly press * and I spoke to someone in under a minute. Once I was speaking with a live person, my one question was answered very quickly. The person was helpful, the robot menu was not helpful at all.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hertz. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hertz problem?
~white rascal: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~white rascal: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
