~horrified customer: We rented and prepaid for a VW Polo diesel car to be rented in Munich Germany ..*this is the most horrendous car rental experience I have EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE...(AND I USED TO WORK FOR STATE FARM AND DEALT WITH RENTALS ALL THE TIME)...THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME A $*,*** CHARGE ON MY GOLD CARD CREDIT CARD FOR A SUPPOSED SCRATCH...NOT DENT...OR SCRAPE...BUT A SCRATCH ON a rental car that had been OBVIOUSLY TOUCHED UP BEFORE I RENTED THE CAR..there was a touch up paint on this tiny scratch ..no dent...no primer at all even showing....they claim to have checked out the car..but did not have the car ...a diesel at all ...nor any of the paperwork at the correct rental point when we got there...they instead made us wait for almost an hour before they could even get a car for us...and DID NOT EVEN CHECK IT OUT AT ALL...THEY GAVE US A STUPID FORD FIESTA...REGULAR GAS... that cost us a fortune in litres extra and did not perform..they had not even filled the windshield washer fluid or
