~easywordsplz: booked a car at one location, during my trip circumstances changed and needed to return my car to another hertz location. (which you can do). called the point of pick up and they told me i needed to contact the *-*** number, called them they said my account must be handled by the location i picked it up from, *-*** agent called store with my on *-way, guy at location STRAIGHT HUNG UP on the *-*** agent as she was trying to explain what was going on, agent gave me the AREA manager phone number of the location called him, about an hour later finally got a response from point of pick up, apologizing for his rudeness im like are you serious, just get it done. he says okay return it to this location. go to the location the guy behind the counter has no idea what im talking about. returned car then my card kept getting charged for a WEEK after returning the care. same run around again with store, *-***, store...**WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH AGAIN!
