GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HigherOne customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~sanand80: Hope that your account doesn't get any unauthorized charges. I was a victim of fraud and alerted higherone while the chareges were pending. I had to wait until they paid the charges and go through and dispute every transactions. It took up to * weeks for them to issue me a "provisional credit" for these charges. I had to provide more proof than the people who used my account without my permission. I spoke to * reps before the third time i called and that rep was smart enough to cancel my card. Yes they were still allowing them to use my card after I contacted them and made them aware of the charges. This bank ***** and our school forces us to use them!

~sanand80: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sanand80: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HigherOne's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sanand80: For that I would say three out of five.

~sanand80: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HigherOne to know who you are.
