~Janee: Worst ever customer experience currently ***'dollars out of pocket due to an error by Holiister, I have had to chase the issue myself as they refused and even when it turns out tha they are at fault they will not refund...,inwill never get the shipment,mi may have to get a refund via small claims and they simply do not care. Refused to allow me to speak to a manger , refused to resolve.....putting a message whilst you wait for the operator about outstanding g customer service is an insult......there is Jo customer service and in this case once I have a refund no customer
