GetHuman: ~anonymous - can you tell our other Hotmail customers when your case took place?
~anonymous: Yeah. It was middle of the night, on November 21st.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to Hotmail, and if so, how?
~anonymous: I used a help page I found on the GetHuman Hotmail customer service contact info page: Contact Hotmail Customer Service
GetHuman: And which of these common Hotmail customer issues best describes the reason you wanted to talk to them?
(Shows ~anonymous a list of common Hotmail problems)
~anonymous: "Service problem" was why I was trying to contact.

~anonymous's review of Hotmail customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Hotmail customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~anonymous: Not everyone carries a laptop or smartphone or other device to get email, etc. There needs to be a way to get email off of a different computer without going through hoops especially when single and there is no one at the account phone number to get the verification number or where there is not a different email to get a verification number. Be reasonable. Not everyone is as tech savvy as you seem to think they are.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hotmail. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hotmail problem?
~anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hotmail's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Hotmail customers?
~anonymous: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hotmail to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~anonymous taken from his Hotmail customer service problem that occurred on November 21st, 2017.
