GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Hotmail customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~chad moore: Obviously customer service has been outsourced to a foreign country . The customer service team could care less about helping in any way . If this is the importance you've placed on your customers then I no longer will be one and will suggest to everyone one that will listen via social media they should look to support companies that value their customers but spending the extra dollars to properly train and have standards in place to ensure communication is possible when using foreign countries to verbally communicate with customers from what ever part of the world they live
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hotmail. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hotmail problem?
~chad moore: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~chad moore: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hotmail's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~chad moore: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Hotmail customers?
~chad moore: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hotmail to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~chad moore taken from his Hotmail customer service problem that occurred on November 20th, 2017.
