Sorry.*I just bought a transponder for the first time and had a difficult time activating it and setting up an account, so I called the *** number. Someone named Brandy W. helped me and I want to say that she was so helpful and so pleasant! Sometimes, when we make such calls, the person who is supposed to help us is impatient and even rude. But Brandy was fantastic! It seems like a little, but it really makes a difference and it will make me feel good for a long time. Please forward this to the customer service department for me. Thank you. Patti
