~Makayla: Yesterday I got a notice of impending suspension. I spoke with * rep and still could not understand how my account had unpaid tolls. The only thing which seem to be clear was the offer to pay ***.** for ****.** worth of tolls. This morning I called and requested to speak with a manager who also gave me different information from the previous reps. However he was able to explain what vtoll and ttoll are. Frustrated I went ahead and paid the settlement amount. However, I am one unhappy camper, can everyone please on the same page.
