~Anonymous: Missing part in delivery was never shipped to us. Was told we would receive it in * - * days and it is now over * weeks. Was told by delivery company that I could call to get a tracking * and when I finally got through on this number there was no tracking number because they haven't sent it yet. Was told they would call me back. Very frustrating because I paid to have it delivered and paid to have it hand picked from the warehouse. The customer service is horrible.
