~Keeping fingers crossed: The telephone customer service person hardly spoke English. Was unable to assist us. I have sent complaint form from their website but doubt we will get satisfaction. We had a disposal with deformed anti vibration tailpipe mount and had nasty garbage waste water spewing under the kitchen sink. This was no repair problem - the unit was bad. Sending an authorized repair person at our own expense would not be a solution. We hope to get some kind of credit.
