~bernie: After having a ** yr acct with JCP,I logged on to my acct and was refused entry b*c they could not "validate"me or my SS*,acct*, DOB,address,email or password.Took ** mns and still no appropriate voice prompts for my prob.I was trying to find out where my bill was and found out from a very rude rep that it was returned by PO.JCP changed my address to PObox.The rep blamed it all on me.Spoke with *nd rep & finally resolved the prob even though I was given * different balances.No explanation given only blame for me ! Ridiculous customer relations, no apologies given !! See ya JCP !!
