JEA is trying to tell me that I use over ***** gallons of water a month for a family of three and no one is even home from *:**am to *:**PM monday through Friday. I have stood and watched my meter for ** ** minutes after work and it does not move at all. They say I use **** gallons every wednesday and or thursday. I have no irrigation system, no swimming pool, no need to ever use **** gallons of water in a single day. JEA has come out and checked the meter and say nothing is wrong. I have had a plumber come out and certify that I have no leaks or plumbing issues on my side. So they are basically ******** me over. I want to hire an attorney does anyone know if anyone else has this same problem and is trying to take legal action?
