~Isabel Oliveira: This is just inconceivable that JCP&L can't manage to handle restoring power or respond to customer service requests to a building that is home to many seniors, elevators that are not working. These people are stranded and helpless can't manage to get down the stairs if there is an emergency. No heat, no food and no response from a company that DEMANDS timely monthly payments for this deplorable and shameful service!!!!
