GetHuman-135035: To whom it may concern,*I recently visited your store @ **** Nesconset Hwy.*East Setauket, N.Y.*The service was good, but the food was deplorable*The chicken was cold and Soaked in Grease so much so it was running off the meat, the biscuit was very hard and cold like it was left-over from the night before. When trying to eat the leg from my * piece meal (by the way I ordered dark meat note the breast in photos) I came across a hair in my mouth note *st pic with another hair I found in the box.*Very dissatisfied.*Thomas L.
