GetHuman-192128: I went to the store besides being rude they directed me to call the above number after calling the number i was told i had tp go back to the store... I would just like to thank kmart for ruining what should be the happiest time of my life with there crappy quality of engagement ring (the entire set diamond and all completely fell off less the * months after purchase and for simply NOT caring about there customers. Its not surprising your going out of business because my heart is broken over this and your customer service gave me the run around while basicly blaming me.. i could just go buy another ring but im sentimentle and this ring was a part of my life a memory a mile stone and it was stolen from me without explanation
