GetHuman-172352: I had AT&T Uverse where you used to have to wait for ten years to get help. Knology is instant help. I love it. Also, I only had to call twice to get help. I have had no problems with the service.

GetHuman-172352: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
