GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Kodak customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~ldygma: I was always having to clean the print heads before printing most jobs and ink needed changed to often. I couldn't get the FAX working and finally when it broke down after just a little over a year. Of course when warranty runs out I needed to call Customer Service. They are in Korea and offered to replace it at a low cost with a free print head. I agreed at first and gave my number and then started thinking how I really didn't like the printer anyway and they were sending a refurbished one so I canceled and they were supposedly canceling my order as we spoke but they didn't and I got the printer. I didn't open it and called them back and asked for a shipping label to return it but they said no. I called multiple times with them telling me that someone on a higher level would return my call and never did. I was also told that Kodak does not give refund under any circumstances but if I paid to ship it back they would in my case. Shipping it back would cost me a bundle so I called Fed X

GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Kodak customers?
