GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's LabCorp customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~M.: A request for a GC*MS confirmatory drug test was submitted for my urine sample on Friday, January **, ****. The website states that results from this test are expected in **-** hours. I called during the following week throughout this period and was told either **-** hours or *-* business days, depending on who I talked to. Today is the *th business day and it is now over and I have still not received my results. I called three times today and only when I called at *:**pm (** minutes prior to close) did someone tell me that the GC*MS tests take longer, but could not tell me how long. I've been consistenly lied to and no one will give me a straight answer. Ridiculous.
