~cathy vasquez: I called to cancel my service and was told that I could not get a refund because it was like * days maybe * over the ** dyas but like I tryed to explain to to the lady i tryed to call for * days and could not get thru and had to call miro soft to get another phone number to even get thru and I was dialing * *** *** **** and they gave me * *** *** **** and they conected me so i could talk to someone so i dont think i was treated fair and as i told the woman i guess i would keep it since i could not get my money back even tho my computer does not load right or work right and i could not understand why no one ever told me about this **** but i guess i will keep the **** the rest of the time i have left but i am very uhappy
