GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-jencali: Worst automated system ever. Human operators and customer service reps are just as bad. I have spent over * hours trying to remedy some disputed charges. No one has any clue as to what they are doing. I will be canceling this card as soon as I get the disputed charges resolved.
