GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's MagicJack customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Louie: Magicjack customer support told me they don't support magicjack GO and only deal with computer issues, not the product itself. They didn't know what error **** is. I called the number on the magicjack.com web page twice and were told this and then I did the live chat that I was directed to on the magicjack web page and was told the same thing. Interesting, especially since I just read a review by someone who said he had the best customer experience he has ever had and his review was dated only two days ago, so either they stopped supporting the product (magicjack GO--their newest product) within the past two days or that reviewer is demented.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting MagicJack. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a MagicJack problem?
~Louie: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Louie: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MagicJack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Louie: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other MagicJack customers?
~Louie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MagicJack to know who you are.
