~Ticked off in the NW: Ripped off my account when I chose the free two week trial, refused to refund the *months I DIDN'T order then when I clicked cancel and it said it will not renew on the **th of this month and that I'd still be able to use the features I'd paid for til my subscription was up they locked me out of my account for two days. I emailed twice, got no response, but was finally able to get back into my account this evening and my membership is gone! I still have ** paid days left and so far they've eaten up three. I'm a very dissatisfied customer and its not resolved because their customer service closes at *pm central time... grrrr!!!
