~jimaker: Purchased maytag refrig ** months prev and they claim not repairable. On may * contacted them about warranty and they needed to have it reviewed by a review board. It is now may ** and still no refrig but they will replace in June sometime. They are "building" one just for us and it takes a month. Being without a refrigerator and having borrowed one from the dealer until it comes is a hassel. Maytag says they want to disconnect it so the dealer who has the exact model cannot deliver the refrig to us and swap it when their special unit comes in. NEVER purchase another product produced by Whirlpool which includes maytag, kitchen aid, whirlpool and kenmore.

~jimaker: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~jimaker: For that I would say five out of five.
