~Laurel Little: I received a call from a man who identified himself as a Windows * Tech Support guy and that my computer had a trojan horse virus and instructed me to go to a file entitled "eventvwr" DO NOT FOLLOW HIS INSTRUCTIONS.*I called Microsoft support and within one minute told me it was a scam and not do anything but report to FTC. He sent link to FTC as well as a document instructing me on how to prevent and protect from scams like these!! Score one for Microsoft!!
