~lewpit98: i WAS ABLE TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON ON WEB. BUT THE NUMBER ON THE WEB WOULD NOT NOT TAKE MY HOME NUMBER TO REPORT. ALSO THE KEY PAD DON'T SHOW THE ZERO WHERE IT CAN BE USED. I ALSO TRY MY CELL AFTER HITING ONE WRONG NUMBER IT WOULD NOT READ THE RIGHT NUMBER EVEN AFTHER HANGING UP AND CALLING BACK.
