GetHuman-112348: Worst customer service ever! Once you finally get someone to answer, they barely speak English and then when you ask a question they give you the run around for as long as possible! They say they mailed my card with my tax refund two weeks ago! If I don't get it by tomorrow, ill be going to talk to a lawyer!
