GetHuman-177735: After holding for ** mins I was then transferred over to another hold that started the whole beginning options. I waited ** more minutes before hanging up. I never got to talk to customer service about my issue with a charge to my credit card that I did not do for the automatic update that I could also not get on my computer if I wanted.
