~Anony Mous: trying to get directions for last minute out of town trip - cr determined to make me renew even though there is about a week left - said I would do it from home. Threatened auto renewal at higher rate with or WITHOUT permission. Stuck on call with Onstar and can't get the rep to quit badgering me. Cancelled service entirely, gave written notice not to EVER use my card automatically. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY CC INFO. regret using the service - cheaper to get a GPS and directions were often wrong anyhow.

~Anony Mous: For that I would say five out of five.
