GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's OptumRx customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-199617: I had to call today to see (once again) to see what had happened to a mail order prescription for a controlled substance. This is the second time I sent in for a three month supply of this controlled, expensive medication (Which has a very powerful effect on my quality of life.*Surprise, surprise--NO record of receiving either prescription! The customer service person suggestion was to just get the meds at a local drug store. I then asked if it was cheaper to get it mailorder (which I already knew the answer for). She said it cost more at a local pharmacy. I asked why I woud want to pay more and she said, "well, you are not happy with our service." So much for improving customer service. I personally find it very suspect that two of the same type of prescriptions were not received by them. This type of prescription must be send in by the patient and not by the doctor's office. Tomorrow, I will have to call the dr.'s office and request a THIRD written prescription and then go to his

GetHuman-199617: For that I would say four out of five.
