GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's OptumRx customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~sjjpc65: Tip login to your account & go to contact us. At the bottom of the page on the right side, is a box. Click on call me now. In less than ** seconds they will call you. I've only had to weight * minutes, to get an agent. Most of them are pleasant & very helpful. Their not perfect but, if your nice to them you'll get better service. I need to call later today, they shipped me wrong medication. Letter that came in package, said they will send you a postage paid package to return the medicine. You will also receive a full refund. I'll post a new review, if I have any problem. Remember how many people they deal with, on a daily basis & most likely get a lot of irate calls. Their doing much better, than when they first started. by: sjjpc**

~sjjpc65: For that I would say one out of five.

~sjjpc65: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OptumRx to know who you are.
