~carmslp: I spoke with a rep named Joe. *******. I was inquiring on how to use a ticket that was previously cancelled. I was informed that my $***.** was no longer available because I went over the time requirement to rebook. I tried to explain my reasons to Joe and after some time, I realized Joe could never make a decision so I asked to speak to a supervisor. Joe left the phone and came back to say the supervisor was not going to take my call and again read his canned response that I was out the *** dollars because I was over the time limit to book a ticket. I asked where my money was and who spent it but he could not give me that answer. I swear I was never told the money would not be available for a ticket* that the company would confiscate the cash. All I want to know is where is my money* what bill did they pay with my cash and*or who spent it. I am trying to reach American Airlines to inquire how they spent my *** dollars. *I will never do business with Orbitz. They did not give
