~rlepage09: No customer support at all computer generated replies. I bought Bosch alternator UPS left at doorstep and was stolen. Parts Geek replied Not our fault. Bought Genuine alternator UPS returned by mistake after reading the sign on my door to the thief that stole my first one. Please return my UPS package. ** days later after a dozen attemps to talk to support still no alternator or credit refund. Disputed both charges with my bank..*** days to complete bank investigation. I'm out a total of $***.**!!! Parts Geek support is a joke they only care about making a buck. Read Travis P. X Parts Geek employee posted review on line. Shop somewhere else save your self a head headache if something goes wrong. Mike did call back in a week gave me his personal phone * & email-Neither of them work..promised me my second alternator would be shipped back...that wad ** days ago!!
