~laurie outlaw: I returned two of your courses three months ago because the cost was simply too high. This past Friday night I was humiliated in a local store when my debit card was declined. Turns out that you attempted to charge me $***.** for the material I had returned all the way back in August. How my name popped up to be billed I don't know but I went all weekend with no money in my account, and could have been charged fees by my bank, as well as having other charges I had made bounce. I would appreciate your taking my name out of your database, because if it happens again I will report you.
