GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Pittsburgh Post-Gazette customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~RGH: I called to have the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette call off their debt collector (Telstart). My account is paid up which the PG acknowledges. However, I was informed by the illustrious customer service reps that I would have to wait for ** days. So IOW, I will have to endure a month of up to * calls daily from a debt collector for a paid $**.**. Apparently, I am not the only one with such a problem, I checked out BBB.com of Western PA. The wonderful reps also declined to put me through to Brian, the Sup of Cust. Svc. No wonder they are losing readership. Beware of the fine print...they will keep delivering the paper if you have a CC on file.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Pittsburgh Post-Gazette problem?
~RGH: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~RGH: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Pittsburgh Post-Gazette's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~RGH: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Pittsburgh Post-Gazette customers?
~RGH: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Pittsburgh Post-Gazette to know who you are.
