~Don't have one yet: We have been trying to use our brand new ps* but nothing will make it work. All day and night. We called and we're talked down to by your agent. As if my child is at fault for your lack of security on your server. So what is going to be the answer here? We paid a lot of money and bought our games from you ON LINE we need to download them.so we can play NOTHING until you fix your servers. What is the solution for my family and our *** dollars???
