~doug: the only reason quality of communication was * rather than * was because they did respond to my secure message i entered on their website. It was a useless response that directed me to contact them by phone for an issue they can fix without any further interaction from me. I provided all the info they need but they won't act unless I call them at the very inconvenient M-F east coast biased hours.
