~JVAS: After waiting ** minutes, I told the customer rep I wanted to switch online QB to purchasing software. She had I had to talk to sales. She switched me over and the call was promptly disconnected. I called the number she gave me (*** ***-****) and got the same recording and same queue. I'm totally dissatisfied!

~JVAS: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JVAS: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about QuickBooks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JVAS: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other QuickBooks customers?
~JVAS: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for QuickBooks to know who you are.
