~Islandtime: Yes I can. It was afternoon, on November 23rd.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's QuickBooks customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Islandtime: Intuit does not care about the customer base. Purchased **** pro as upgrade last week for $***. Then found we only have * seats, (after setting up * stations). Called for more seats. Was told now needed to buy Premier for an additional $***. We did. Now we cant search ship to Fields. Have no less than ** hours with support. Does not work in their sample files or on ours. Costing me $****'s*day by not being able to search ** years of custom estimates. no one cares. They just put you on never ending hold. Once was for over * hours! Still no solution. Going to try one more time and if not we are switching to Xero.

~Islandtime: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Islandtime: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about QuickBooks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Islandtime: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other QuickBooks customers?
~Islandtime: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for QuickBooks to know who you are.
