~Ron: We just moved in from CA. My wife set up the account several days before the move* was told that the phone would be connected on the *th. The person she talked to told her that we needed to stay at the apartment between ****-**** because someone would have to sign or otherwise confirm the connection.*NO ONE showed up or called. We called again at **** and was told that someone would be here by ****.*NO ONE showed or called.*This morning, June **, I called at ****. The person verified that our line had been connected on the *th. I told her that we do not have a dial tone nor was the number displayed on the phone. She verified that there was a problem and that she would schedule a repair technician to be here between ****-****.*NO ONE showed or called. We called again and a tech was supposed to be here between ****-******NO ONE showed or called. Called again, now the new time for repair is ****....it is currently ****....we'll see if they show at this new time.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Qwest. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Qwest problem?
~Ron: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ron: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Qwest's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ron: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Qwest customers?
~Ron: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Qwest to know who you are.
