~Lupercal: I emailed Razer over a week ago about a defective product. They were quick to respond with options but have not responded again since. Turns out, their email system kicks you to the bottom of the queue whenever you send them a new email.

~Lupercal: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
