~carla: **** On *** I waited **b min to talk to customer service rep Joe. I had complaints about both a rowenta iron and a rowenta ironing board. He told me that within ** hours i would rec'v an e-mail return label so that I could start the warranty process for the ironing board. they have my name, my address, my e-mail. Now, a week later, nothing from rowenta (or Joe). I still have problems with both the iron and the ironing board. guess I won't be buying rowenta again (or will any of my family or friends, if I have anything to say about it) carla Kramer Port Ludlow, wa *****
